NutraHealth

Early access

The science
of your next
decade.

A daily health score built on validated frameworks from the American Heart Association, the ACSM, and six other leading medical societies. Four pillars. One living number.

Not a fitness app.
Not a wellness
product.

An evidence-based
interpretation
of your health.

Category Rejection

You've tried
the apps.

The ones that celebrate streaks without interpreting data. The ones that track your sleep but have nothing to say about it. The ones built on habit loops, not evidence. A generation of wellness tools optimized for engagement, not health.

You already know something is missing. The question was never whether to take your health seriously. It was whether any tool deserved your seriousness back.

"Wellness theater is the category we refuse to join."

The Score

One number. A methodology
you can cite.

The NutraHealth Score is a composite of four weighted pillars, recalculated every day against scoring tables derived from peer-reviewed guidelines. No proprietary formulas. No invented metrics.

Built on validated frameworks from the American College of Sports Medicine, the American Heart Association, the National Sleep Foundation, and the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics — not invented metrics, not proprietary AI guesses.

Pillar Architecture

The four foundations
of a real score.

Exercise

How you move

Your physical activity is scored against ACSM guidelines for aerobic capacity, strength training frequency, and daily metabolic output. Steps matter less than work. VO2 max estimation is factored into baseline cardiorespiratory fitness.

Sleep

How you recover

Sleep architecture, not just duration. The score weighs REM proportion, sleep efficiency, and night-to-night consistency against National Sleep Foundation staging criteria. Apple Health sleep data feeds this pillar continuously.

Nutrition

How you fuel

Diet quality over calorie counting. Macro balance, meal timing, micronutrient targets, and adherence to evidence-based dietary patterns from the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. The AI generates your specific targets from your lab panel and metabolic profile.

Lab Exams

What the science reveals

Your bloodwork, read correctly. Lab panels are processed against clinical reference ranges from the American College of Physicians — not algorithm-generated 'optimal' ranges. Upload your exams directly; the AI analyzes and scores each marker.

Cardiac depth

Your heart,
in 18 variables.

The cardiac risk score applies a modified version of the ACC/AHA pooled cohort equations, extended with inflammatory markers and autonomic nervous system indicators not captured in standard clinical screening.

Upload any standard lipid panel, metabolic panel, or CBC. The score integrates automatically. No manual entry required.

Stress Score

The variable that decides
whether the others work.

Chronic cortisol elevation suppresses free testosterone, stalls body composition, and compromises cardiovascular recovery. Your stress score measures the biological axis that shapes the output of every other pillar. It doesn't tell you to breathe. It tells you why you should.

  • PSS-10 Validated Questionnaire

Cohen Perceived Stress Scale, 10-item version. Validated across 12,000+ adults in NIH-funded studies. Scored against clinical cutpoints, not proprietary wellness app bands.

  • Inflammatory Markers

hs-CRP as a primary physiological stress indicator, drawn from your lab panel. Appears in the Cardiac Risk Score as well — see methodology note below.

  • Heart Rate Variability

HRV from Apple Health or Whoop. Autonomic nervous system state is the most direct continuous window into chronic stress burden and parasympathetic recovery capacity.

  • Salivary Cortisol Proxy

Derived from lab panel cortisol values and HRV patterns. Chronic cortisol elevation suppresses free testosterone, stalls body composition, and compromises cardiovascular recovery.

  • Nocturnal Waking and Deep Sleep Variability

Night-to-night instability in deep sleep proportion and waking frequency, drawn from Apple Health. Sleep architecture disruption is both cause and consequence of chronic stress. The model tracks both directions.

hs-CRP appears in both the Cardiac Risk Score and the Stress Score. Cardiovascular disease and chronic stress share the inflammatory axis. We weight the same marker differently in each model: the same biology, two clinical lenses.

Your stress score is the variable we monitor most closely during FatCore Protocol. Elevated cortisol invalidates metabolic recalibration.

Premium intervention

Fifty days of precise
metabolic work.

Twelve months of continuous recalibration.

FatCore Protocol is not a diet. It is a precisely calibrated intervention built on your VO2 max, metabolic profile, and lab panel — continuously updated through Apple Health.

VO2 Max

Estimated from Apple Health cardio data and validated against your resting and active heart rate profile.

AI Nutrition

Custom meal plans and macro targets generated from your exams. Updated each protocol cycle.

Nutraceuticals

Evidence-based supplement support matched to your identified deficiencies.

Body Composition

Weekly recomposition targets. Muscle retention as a primary metric — never just weight.

Integrated with Apple Health

Heart rate, HRV, sleep, and activity data feed the protocol automatically.

Days 1–14

Day fourteen

By day fourteen you have a resting metabolic rate estimate derived from your lab panel, a VO2 max calibrated against your Apple Watch cardiorespiratory response, and macronutrient targets your dietitian would recognize as clinically grounded. Nothing has been adjusted yet. This phase exists to make the adjustment accurate.

Days 15–35

Day thirty-five

Your macros have been periodized three times, adjusted against your training data and current stress score. On days when elevated cortisol is detected, the AI nutrition model holds your caloric target conservatively: metabolic recalibration does not proceed against a stressed endocrine system. Lab-derived biomarker updates from your panel override the baseline automatically. The protocol adapts. You do not re-enter data.

Days 36–50

Day fifty, and after

By day fifty, body composition targets have shifted from active recalibration to recomposition maintenance. FatCore closes; your follow-up year begins. Four quarterly recalibration windows, each triggered by a new lab panel, continue the adjustment cycle. The protocol assumed you would respond imperfectly. The twelve months were built for that.

Continuous data layer

Your watch
measures.

We interpret.

NutraHealth connects to Apple Health to read resting heart rate, sleep architecture, daily movement, and caloric expenditure. Not to aggregate numbers — to build context that improves your score.

Your Apple Watch already knows things about your body that most labs miss. We interpret that stream alongside your clinical data to produce a score your cardiologist would recognize.
